The food is absolutely delicious!!! Unique vegan recipes are served that satisfy the tastebuds. Close to ocean and to the Central part of Zihuatanejo.

At suggestion of a friend, we went here tonight. They have a separate, extensive vegan menu with a wide variety of food styles (Mediterranean to Mexican to PanAsian). We had the grilled cauliflower and the teriyaki tofu bowel. Both were superb. Service was warm, attentive and professional. Raul and Phillipe wee so gracious to us and the other folks dining then.

Mito is located in the downtown walking area of Zihuatanejo. My buddy and I came here on a recommendation and glad we did. The food is really good. Their house wine was a Chilean merlot and paired perfectly with my entree, that was the Angus Beef Tenderloin with mashed potatoes and aspharagus was probably the best I've tried so far in the Zihuatanejo Ixtapa area. It was well cooked, and to temp. For dessert I went with their fruit crisp, which was tasty, could have been baked a tad bit longer but equally tasty. The restaurant can handle larger groups and service was prompt and friendly. I definitely will be back and refer this place to all who are looking for a good quality meal.
