This is the worst Wendy’s restaurant I have ever visited! The floors were greasy, the countertops were greasy, the bathrooms were filthy and there were flies everywhere. The employees, that were preparing and serving the food, all had long hair (men and women) without hair nets or, at the very least, in a ponytail or hat. The most unsanitary Wendy’s restaurant ever and it was not even anywhere close to rush-hour. There was no excuse for the condition of this restaurant. I eat at many Wendy’s restaurants but this was, by far, the worst. I live only 15 minutes away but will not be visiting (dining-in or drive-thru)this restaurant again until some changes have been made. I don’t usually complain about a restaurant I just stop going there but, this was so terrible that I had to leave a review. The only positive thing I can say was that the young man that took my order was very polite.
HAIR IN MY FOOD! Y 'all NEVER get the order right. Everyone was very well-mannered and polite (rare). From afar, the inside looks clean but once inside.... mopping the lobby with the same mop water used in the back is why the lobby is a skating rink. Wiping the table with a wet rag and no cleaning agent is pointless and nasty! NOBODY WEARS HAIR NETS IN THERE?! Highly disappointed at the appear to be clean yet FILTHY! You don 't want to touch anything. Didn 't even feel comfortable resting my arms on the table (sticky) while waiting for my order.
I ordered in the app for a pickup through the drive-thru. The app is very specific on being able to modify your items (i.e. no lettuce on a burger, no salt on fries). This shows up on the screen for them when they make it. (I have seen it since I'm also a Dasher and typically have to wait for orders) Anyway, my husband picked up the order. None of the items were our order. So, he went in and let them know. Here's the main complaint. My burger was STILL wrong. I wanted ketchup and onions. It only had ketchup. How do you mess up an order TWICE? An order that is on a screen, not spoken where you might not understand their voice. And of course no one answers the phone. Oh, and definitely don't go to the one in Baker. They're worse.
This store is the worst for customer service. The food is awful and the employees are even worst with their nasty attitudes. Food cost too much these days not to get good service and atleast half way decent food! All I want is a refund and I'll leave Wendy's alone for good and I'm not going to stop until I get satisfaction!
