Den Olifant - Ypres

Excellent place, with a beautiful uqiet garden in the back. the menu changes weekly and, as I understood, always has 2 vegan options. when I was there was a curry and a humble toast that is not the most creative, but it was impeccable.

I had the vegan weekly suggestion (which is clearly marked on the menu): falafels with couscous and houmous. it was delicious and everything looked homemade. the place is very cozy and beautifully decorated, we spent and amazing moment. only the service is a little slow, but we were not in a hurry so this was not a problem for us.
