Therefore, the restaurant has cut on frills like menu cards and tablecloths, and multicourse meals begin from as low as twenty euro. here is eating full of surprises when they come to the restaurant, they have no idea what they will eat. say their nutritional needs and let them be enchanted by the magic cook with its culinary wonders. my second cure consists of a locally cultivated hollow as green vegetables called kohlrabi filled with goat cheese and served in a fennel sauce with a delicate garnish of the oldest. the next two courses familiarized me with the seasonal vegetables of the region – the delicate green spatula served with fermented verena juice, followed by grilled zucchini and sage. the main course is a delicate mix of aromen in the form of grilled salate, white asparagus cooked with sunflower seeds. one of the most innovative firm of my life was completed with an extraordinary rhabarb, vigilant and woodstorm. eating in the auberge du vert mont in boeschepe is a culinary experience of a lifetime wonderful blend of textures and taste!
Beautiful interieur, friendly staff, bad kitchen for a star-friendly restaurant. the culinary experience is announced as surprise; they don't get a look at the menu or the number of courses, and that's okay. while I like to be served local products, it should have seasoned to increase the taste, at least with salt and pepper. after a couple dressed that one of was a piece (also not quite) mushroom with have to say delicious sauce, we have french french riders as last curs. as if: to avoid that they are starving. the paired drinks were or spot on or totally false combination. dessert twice was both with the snake of ice, not really original or surprising as apotheosis. Conclusion: good evening, but not worth money. a one-time visit.
The location and restaurant are really nice with a lot of space between the tables to guarantee their private sphere. the combinations of the foods were very experimental, but do not provide really interesting taste. fries with cheese mayonnaise as main dish was a cannon for a...1 stars michelin restaurant. we didn't like any of the paired drinks. some of the animals were almost unimaginable. summarizing an experience to forget quickly.
Restaurant is great! modern layout in an old building on the top of a mountain, with breathtaking view. menu large selection of diners and adapted wines and/or beer.
Auberge du Vert Mont has one Michelin star. But you can eat a brilliant dinner for about 40€. With wines/beers 60€. We got served about 5 dishes, all made from local produce, that were delicious, surprising, delicate and well balanced. The interior is spacious and...the staff is friendly. No snobbery here. Absolutely recommended!
