The Mountain Room Lounge

We didn't order food or drinks during our visit (the vegan options are somewhat limited compared to other places), but we did purchase s'mores ingredients (marshmallows, chocolate, graham crackers, and skewers) from the gift shop. The mountain room kindly allowed us to roast our marshmallows over their fire. I heard this experience has previously been disrupted by unattended children at the fire, so be respectful and hopefully, it will continue. It was just what we needed after a long day of hiking and exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially since we weren't there to dine. I should mention that we visited during the low season, so things could be different when it's busier. It's always worth asking!

A very relaxing atmosphere to catch a drink after a hot day hiking or climbing. An entire side full of windows allows a great view of the outdoor area.

This spacious bar is perfectly situated in the heart of the valley, adjacent to the Yosemite Valley Lodge. It offers fantastic drinks and delicious food in a stunning atmosphere, enveloped by mountains, waterfalls, and nature.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal and drinks while visiting Yosemite. The menu features some interesting and light options, so don’t anticipate a heavy meal. We ordered bread and tacos, and the portions were generous. We visited on a Saturday, and the place was bustling with both locals and tourists, but the service remained excellent. The prices are reasonable, and our food arrived quickly. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, complete with a fire and a touch of history in the lounge.
