Curry Village Dining Pizza Deck

The experience was quite disappointing. The staff at the register was unfriendly and the overall atmosphere felt off. I was really looking forward to a nice meal after a long hike, but the service was lacking. I wonder who hired that person. Also, there were no napkins available, which was frustrating.

The employee who took our order had an exceptionally poor attitude. They misunderstood what I ordered, and instead of addressing the mistake when I pointed it out before I had even paid, they were more interested in arguing with me about what I supposedly said than correcting the order they hadn't even submitted yet. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional; they chose to confront me instead of fixing their error. Additionally, when I asked if we could wait indoors since it was below freezing outside and no one else was waiting, we were quickly told to leave and wait outside in the cold. The pizza was great, but I don’t plan on returning unless absolutely necessary.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The customer service provided by Arianna was exceptional; she was incredibly kind. The food was also delicious!
