Janpho - Yerevan

There are plenty of vegan options available at this restaurant, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I tried the vegan pho, which had a unique twist to the traditional flavor. It was perfect for the cold March weather in Armenia. The broth was made with purple cauliflower, and they also offered a Kimchi sauce and a spicy/acid sauce that complemented the pho well. To top it off, the waiter surprised me with a delicious black tea with dark cherry flavor. I also purchased some Armenian tofu to take home, which was locally made and delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tasty vegan dishes with a twist!
