Xochimilco Mexican - Yakima

We came in with a large group (we are soldiers) and the service was amazing. Everything was absolutely great. The customer service from the moment we walked in was perfect, the food portions versus the price are great, the quality of the food was amazing. I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Side note: we ended up coming to eat in uniform, after dinner the cook brought us 2 plates of desert and thanked us for our service. I'm completely impressed with this place.

Decent Mexican food, in a town where exceptional Mexican food should be easy to find. The restaurant is very clean with good service, but the food is just okay. Same with the margaritas. The chips salsa were very good. The chicken enchiladas, pretty good. The deep fried ice cream was a total miss. The flakes tasted stale. Bottom-line, you can do better than Xochimilco.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant, and I really liked the food I eat and drink I had, The place was really clean, music not too loud, and the customer service was on point. I will be going back for sure! Specially or the drinks

I'm Mexican and I am picky about my Mexican food and when I first heard about this place I was a little adamant about going because of the past reviews so, I took a chance on them and boy, am I happy I did. I don't know why they don't have the best reviews but, the two times I have been there so far, I have been treated with excellent service on both occasions and their food is an A+ in my opinion. The restaurant is also very clean and it was a nice ambience when you walk in, you almost don't ever want to leave. I always get the combo plate with a margarita and they serve you more than enough (I have always had to take home leftovers). They also have large flat-screen TVs by the bar so you can enjoy some nice Monday or Thursday night football. Don't be fooled by the other reviews.

This location is BAD! Save yourself the trip and head to their Tieton location instead for significantly better food, drinks, service and most importantly, ambience! I find it ridiculous that these two are affiliated with each other such a let down!!
