The Distillarium - Yakima

This place is great. Every time we come here the service has been excellent, the cocktails are very well done, and the food exceeds my expectations. Tonight I had the pumpkin old fashioned and it was delicious. For food, we ordered the crispy chicken sliders and the bourbon board (charcuterie). Both were excellent but the board alone was enough food to feed us both. It would have easily fed 4 people. The distillation delivers every time we come here.

This place is a challenge to find, but worth the effort! House-distilled liquors crafted into cleverly reimagined and modernized versions of classic cocktails? Yes, please! And the pricing is consistent with far less quality concoctions. This is definitely not bar food, but not over the top ridiculousness either. The charcuterie board is an BARGAIN! More than enough for two, and a definite must-have. The service is quick and efficient, even with all the scratch bar shenanigans. Sit at the bar for entertainment if you can, or join your group at one of the many large tables. In spite of the challenging location, I strongly encourage you to visit this place. Treat it as a treasure hunt with a hell of a reward, if you can find it!
