Jack In The Box - Yakima

I could not go through the drive thru at 11:09 clock to 7/31/2022. although it clearly says they drive open 24 hours a day. that's not the first time.

Overall a typical Jack in the Box. Food quality was as expected, getting things right like extra pickles or no onions seems to be a little bit of a problem. They are not very big on handing people their receipts, so if it's a busy time or you are going through the drive thru, I would recommend making sure you get a receipt.

24hrs is falsely advertised, I tried to get food tonight and a guy on drive through menu mic stated that we're closed. Before this interaction I chicken sandwich and they gave me a burger which is completely unacceptable. This is a dead franchise.

Ordered just two sandwiches and rooster fries and 25 mins later still no food. Finally went in and ask for my money back which was a crazy process since they didn’t give us a receipt then too boot our order wasent even being cooked and the worker had the audacity to say ohhhhh shiiiitt we gave that order to some one else to another coworker. This is the second time waiting for a order and this is the last time ever going.there again. Hire people that are gonna work instead of goofy off. It was 10:15pm wasent busy one car ahead of us.

Same old Jack in the box. Hard to hear at the drive thru and hard for the employees to hear but usually friendly staff and food is consistent. Can't beat the munchie meals these days.
