Baskin-robbins - Yakima

Amazing experience! The flavors reminded me of my childhood. I loved the convenience of the drive-thru, especially since we went right before closing time. My granddaughter and I stopped by to get ice cream cones for our birthdays, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were still open after 9 PM. The customer service was excellent, although we were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get a birthday treat—but not every place offers that, so it wasn’t a big deal. I was really impressed with the size of the cones; we ordered two for over $11, and each had two scoops. They were quite large, and in the end, neither my granddaughter nor I could finish ours.

The service was terrible; I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and everything was very slow.

I usually don't have any issues when I visit this restaurant, but yesterday was a different story. One of the girls working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked if they had waffle bowls available, as we had in the past. She told us they would let us know when our ice cream was ready. However, when our order arrived, it was served in a waffle cone instead. When we tried to explain the mistake, she seemed irritated and moved on before we could clarify— it was quite frustrating. By the time we received the correct order, our ice cream had already melted. Additionally, when I approached the window to place my order, she asked for my choice but then turned to chat with a colleague, ignoring me completely. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I've never found the ice I'm looking for at this place, and the young staff don’t seem to know how to do things properly. The customer service is terrible.

Good service about ever other tripThe Hispanic kids are great. The white one's I am sorry to say are argumentative and lazy. Management should teach them CS skills
