I was disappointed with my recent experience at Arby's. The sandwich I ordered was cold and lacked red sauce. The extra cheese I added tasted spoiled and the beef was not as flavorful as it used to be. Arby's used to be one of my favorite fast food options, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
First of all, the extremely rude lady that took my order in the drive thru couldn’t have been more rude and bored taking my order. Then, after I repeated my very simple 1 item order to her 3 times, she still couldn’t get it right!!! All I asked was for my bacon to be on the side, and a side of the My ranch sauce. That’s it. I got no bacon and no sauce. Thinking there’s no way they could mess up such a simple order I didn’t even look in my bag until I got home, which of course is all the way across town. So I called to let them know and of course nobody will answer the damn phone. the store was still open, but do you think they could answer the phone?? NOPE. The customer service or lack there of is just unbelievable. Get it together and if you don’t like your job then find a different one.
We went through the drive-up window. Our food was delicious, it was hot, and had everything on our food that we wanted.
The sandwiches are ok and the service is quick, but no coffee.
