I tried the Fotiaoqiang, which included steamed abalone with shark fin and fish maw in broth, marinated chicken feet, cold fish skin, braised beef offal, and clay pot rice. I highly recommend the braised beef offal and clay pot rice—they were incredibly delicious! The only downside is that the prices are a bit high. Service: 3/5 The staff seemed somewhat understaffed, as we had to search for waiters to refill our water and tea.

Ideal for winter days, this place offers delicious hot soup and hotpot. There are four broth options to choose from; we selected the Chicken & Pork Tripe soup as our base. It turned out to be heartier and more flavorful than I expected. If you’re not in a large group, you don’t need to order too many extra ingredients, as the portion sizes are quite reasonable. Be sure to taste the broth before adding other ingredients, as it can really enhance the flavor!

I visit this restaurant often and love their incredible soup base, which they claim is MSG-free. They offer a wide variety of options, and there's free parking at Wilson's. I highly recommend it!

This was very confusing. Having been here before a couple of times, the menu format has totally changed to a hotpot style which is great. If you can read Chinese you’re in luck. If you don’t, not so much. The main menu is in Chinese. The English version had to be asked for and was a laminated white paper with text on it. No images like the main menu. The food was actually very good. Soup tasty and the ingredients of great quality.

A nice Cantonese restaurant located on Hobson Street, excellent for hotpot. Clean environment and attentive staff.<br/ <br/ Some of their cold dishes were exceptional. The fish skin was fresh and nicely flavored. The beef offal is very tender too. Fresh hotpot ingredients.
