The Bavarian Newmarket

I was surprised how much I liked the resto and how many vegetarian options there were. We had vegan schnitzel with potato salad and the vegan schnitzel burger with fries. I really enjoyed the food. We also had a cocktail and a glas of wine. We spent around 35 each.

Went on Wednesday to challenge the all you can eat meat, I got absolutely destroyed by the sheer amount of sausages and chicken that were placed before me. It’s worth it because I think I will be full for the next 24 hours. Service is very nice and friendly. Atmosphere is nice as well, with other brave groups challenging this great feast. However, the schnitzel was a bit dry. It didn’t stop us from feasting but it would be nice if it was a bit moister.

I 100% recommend the Plant based schnitzel. (Wannabe 'chikn ' schnitzel). It 's SO GOOD. Comes with fries and a salad, which is also great!. Portion (as all other items in the menu) is very large and could easily be shared. there are other vegan options in the menu, but this is my favourite. Also, staff are super attentive and friendly. Drinks are good too! Just make sure you book in advance!

I thought the knuckles were great. I love the crispness of the cracking. The chicken schnitzel with prawns was equally nice. Large portions and juicy jumbo prawns. Good price, good food and good beer. What more does one need?
