Esquires - Wynyard Quarter New Zealand

I enjoy visiting this place for either a quick coffee to go or if I have enough time for a relaxing time for myself. Their long black is affordable, with friendly and quick service. If I crave something sweet on the side I get a scone or slice from the cabinet. Tables are usually occupied by senior members of the public and makes this place a nice quiet cafe to enjoy.Sometimes if I need a quiet place to read/study/work on my laptop I come here and order a pot of chamomile tea.

I had a hot chocolate and a raspberry white chocolate muffin. The hot chocolate was nicely presented and was delicious. The muffin was nice and fresh, it wasn't to sweet but you could still taste raspberry and white chocolate. I really liked the christmas tree and how tidy the place was.

Came in here because I needed to escape the cold and it was the only cafe to be open this late. The lady serving me was very friendly and polite and the chai latte that I ordered was very good. Maybe slightly overpriced.
