Bp - Wynyard Quarter New Zealand

Been to this BP more than 200 times as an Uber driver. Never faced any issues at all and all the staff were really nice the Indian girl and the old man.But today I been there around 7:15 pm after ordering a coffee online, as an Uber driver we usually come here for coffee ,fuel and using the washroom. I asked the guy at the counter how long it would take to sort the washroom. He said I don’t know then I told him bro as an Uber driver I come here to use the washroom as well. Then this guy was saying if you wanna come here or wanna go somewhere go it is up to you he said he doesn't care and said go and use the public toilet don’t come here. If your staffs attitude is like this to the genuine customers most of the people will choose different place. And I will not be coming to this BP anymore every count so I will give that to someone who respect me. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting service. if you don't like your job, give it to someone who does. This is aimed at the older gentleman Everytime I come on here and it's on the daily..... customer Service is shocking!! And rude. The Indian guy doesn't even talk. Go to pay gas he touches a couple of buttons on the computer while he's texting and scrolling through his phone. Come on bp get it together

Changed from 5 start to 1 star due to the below incident. I am visiting this gas station since last 5 years and never once had any issue with the staff or the services. Earlier this morning, 25 May 2024, I came in and the young Indian guy, skinny build with a mustache was working. No greetings or smiles at all. Anyway I assumed maybe he 's not feeling too well or is new, i ordered my coffee and waited. A few moments later I noticed couple of other customers walking in and he goes how are you and morning, how was your previous coffee I felt like he, on purpose was being rude to me. When I took my coffee, I made it very clear to him that he only acknowledges or favors people he likes and I won 't be back at this store again. He obviously didn 't take the truth well and asked me mind to my language. I was like seriously The kind of customer service this guy gives, he should be kicked out or disciplined.

Worst ever service my son needed too use the toilet badly. Door was engaged thinking someone was in there banged on the door. Manger comes out of the back saying out of use. Put a sign up idiots

Super helpful attendant there today who helped me out with my tyre. Much appreciated!
