Dominos Pizza - Worthing

I refuse to dine or shop at establishments that do not accept cash. I believe they may not realize the impact a cashless society will have on all individuals.

I ordered online, which was a bit of a hassle (due to my lack of tech savvy), but my order arrived within the expected time frame. Unfortunately, the sides were missing from the delivery, but they were delivered within 10-15 minutes after a phone call. The issue was handled in a friendly and efficient manner, with an apology. The pizzas and sides were delicious. While problems may arise, it's how they are resolved that truly matters.

Prices are different each time we go. Looking at their menu in shop and leaflet prices have disappeared? How can you check on how much you are spending? Didn't taste like it normally does. Very disappointed I doubt we will go back I mentioned the price had gone again in a couple of weeks and they blamed head office so I will be contacting head office. Don't waste your time and money. It was ****!

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery online and was told it would take 40 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes and seeing that my order was still in the preparation stage online, I called the restaurant. I was informed that due to a staff shortage, my order would not be ready for another 2 hours. I was very upset about this, especially since my kids were eagerly waiting for their food. The restaurant said that the refund would take a week to process. I spoke to someone at the Rob Worthing branch about my dissatisfaction.

Just had a delivery to say we are disappointed is an understatement. The crust was stale barely edible, toppings of beef red onion almost non existent and as for the cheese- what cheese? Barely there so little you could not taste it. Ordered mid afternoon so not a busy time whilst it was delivered in under 30 minutes it was stone cold too. Not fit to eat in the bin
