Cafe Quench - Brighton and Hove

This cafe is the best in Brighton and Hove and I’ve been living here for the past 4 years. Not only are the smoothies so tasty (a secret ingredient) but the food is indescribable. I’m a regular at this cafe and the owner never seems to disappoint. He’s a very friendly guy and always is welcoming. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend 10/10

Great cafe, lovely food. I asked the chef to whip me up a vegetarian pasta dish and it surpassed my expectations. Fresh and great sized portion for fair price. Can’t wait to go back!

The best lunch I’ve had in so long, I had the chicken quench grill with mozzarella and roast peppers and it was divine. Quickly becoming my favourite cafe in Brighton, caters so well to my gluten intolerance too.
