Portovino's Italian Cafe - Woombye

The management shows a lack of concern for their customers. They ignore all feedback or complaints. The quality of the food is subpar.

I received a plate filled with tomato sauce and had difficulty finding the lasagna. I wouldn't bother to return. I believe the restaurant has closed now, which doesn't surprise me.

Don't bother. We always try to support local businesses we wanted to see this business do well. Shame they didn't have the same intention. I'll be surprised if they're still open. The pizzas we got first time we're really nice even their gluten free. That's all I can say that's positive. After that initial visit we've tried 3 times and that's it :never again. Order missing sauce (got the veal but no sauce/topping wrong items, ignorant rude staff on the desk when I pointed out that the wrong item was in the order. Tasteless too just no flavour. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else!

We arrived at this restaurants address expecting to find a French restaurant but found that they franchise had changed to Portovino 's instead. We had wanted to try it anyway, the food was rather commercial, nothing 'like mama used to make '. The restaurant venue it self was good, they just need to improve on their food. However if it is a commercial franchise probably wont happen. I prefer to go to a restaurant that has food that is authentic to the culture that they are trying to represent.

The food is delicious, but unfortunately, the restaurant's opening hours are inconsistent. It appears they open whenever they feel like it.
