Spice Bar Restaurant - MOOLOOLABA

The friendly waitress gave us the vegan options when ordering. She proposed the fried mushrooms for duck, which I did not sell especially, but we ordered them anyway. They were phenomenal! Tempura mushrooms with a delicious sauce! OMG! I would only order them if I were to eat here again (with one side of rice). I also had the eggplant curry, which was very tasty, but these mushrooms... drool.

Highlights: all the staff that were working during our visit were lovely and professional. The dishes all tasted amazing and were of high quality. The overall atmosphere was great. The space is also very stylish. Of the dishes we tried, we would recommend: The mushrooms, beef cheek and the duck. Though everything was very good.

YUM YUM YUM! My partner and I wanted to try a new restaurant when I came across Spice Bar and I am SO glad we decided to come here. The service was amazing, the vibe was very intimate not to many tables so you don't feel crammed in and the food... the best food I have had on the coast in a long time. We could not fault it. Recommend this to everyone (make sure you try the Scallops mushrooms insanely deliicious!! Thanks Spice Bar we will be back! Sorry for my terrible pics haha.

Great food. Excellent flavour in every dish. We loved the food. Only down side is the food is a bit expensive considering the portion size. We ordered a small dish, two large sharing dishes, vegetables, and dessert. Plus we had one drink each. The bill came to around $130. We left a bit hungry, so on our way home we bought some hot chips. We really enjoyed the food at Spice Bar and can recommend it. Just go knowing it's a bit pricy. The 3 and 5 course dinners may be the better way to go when looking at value.

10/10 for Flavour, Presentation and Service. The kitchen clearly works very hard to present you with pieces of art. Make sure you try the mushrooms and pro tip save a steamed bun for that sauce at the end! Very clean, friendly and modern! Very much enjoyed my time at the Spice Bar. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend the wings (Eat a chilli!! and the desserts are amazing!!!!!
