Tinos Restaurant - WOOLOOWARE

I recently went to dinner with my husband. We were a couple of times before and had taken away the food was always nice, but this time I don't know if they changed chefs, but the food was terrible. The brush was simple... placing tomatoes on very oily bread when I lifted a piece under it, was covered with oil, the tomato had no season at all. The main dishes were warm with very undercooked vegetables and overcooked meat and chicken (I think it had been reheated in a microwave) the chicken was rubbery. The calfs were not better than one you get in your local club for about half the price. When I ordered a dessert, I asked if I could have ice cream with it, then I was charged $5 for a pot of ice the size of a golf ball when I said this the rude owner to me well that what we charge kids who would normally be with taste, he could not have looked after less. The waitress who was the only good thing said they had a very quiet night, only 6 people there, NO WONDER very disappointing.

My wife and I recently had dinner at this restaurant. We booked our reservation online, but couldn't find any information about BYO so I called directly. The employee who took my call seemed hurried and could not find our booking first. When that was sorted... I asked about their BYO policy. I was recommended that it was only BYO wine. The employee then said: “You have no voucher you have”. I explained I didn't do it. When we arrived, the employees were busy and after a short wait we introduced ourselves and said to select one of three tables. There was a party of about 10 people sitting two tables on top of each other, which were controversial, making our conversation a bit difficult. Our meal wasn't as nice as I was hoping to charge the price. In order to make the experience even more unpleasant, a large party of dinner arrived as we were served and sat at the table next to us. Since the distance between the tables was so small every time someone passed our table, I was forced to press my arms to prevent them from striking me. The room was not as big as you get into the hallway of a modern commercial jet liner. At the end with the noise so loud we could not hear and the usual quality of my meal, we decided to go. We both agreed never to return to this place. If you are part of a large restaurant, this place can be good, but it is not suitable for a couple.

I visited this place after I saw it on Groupon, now I have discovered some wonderful restaurants that I have visited again and again, but this place was very disappointing for me and the Hubby. When booking, I found the man very rude... on the phone, and that was also the case on arrival. The menu read well, so we expected to get nice healthy, delicious food from the kitchen, but it was far from tasty and the most untraditional Italian cuisine I tasted. I had Sizzling garlic shrimps, this consisted of a few shrimps swimming in a dish of fat with soggy garlic bread. My other half had gum-like salt and pepper, fresh from the microwave. It followed with Rindspinach cannelloni also fresh from the microwave, tasteless and bland. Hubby's Lasagne was so hot that he had to cool it for ages before he could even taste it, that was also Bland. We followed with coffee and alcohol, the fleet was the best part of the whole meal Although we bought a group voucher, we spent a little more about it if it had been a good experience, then we would definitely be back, but would never recommend in a million years. Overall review, rude service, bland food, which also does not seem fresh, terrible wine and extremely dated decor. I wouldn't go back. Removal

For many years in this place. The visit last night was a little disappointing from a service point of view. There are not enough staff to use the Diners house as well as the delivery service. We asked 1 employee for drinks and she was never seen again. The food is rarely disappointed, so it is a shame to leave bad service! Concentrate on your diner or delivery Tinos or put another team member to focus on one thing only.
