That's the worst pizza place I've ever been. the customer service was also the worst. pizza should come with chili or garlic powder if customers request it. but they never asked. they will literally ask for it. the casser or manager said it comes with a pack of garlic powder and chili powder, but it wasn't with my order. So if I ask, the cashier or manager literally threw it on me. I will never go back and recommend to anyone to go this place.

I am currently sitting here waiting for my pizza that I ordered through Uber Eats. It has been 1.5 hours past the expected delivery time and there is still no sign of my pizza. I have tried reaching out for updates but have not received any response. They initially said it would be over an hour until my food arrived, but now it has been even longer. I have decided to order from another restaurant because I am unsure if my pizza will ever show up.

Over two hours to deliver a pizza? I wish I read these other reviews before the order of this place. dysfunctional is an understatement.

I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. It is the worst place I have ever been to. I have always been a fan of Papa John's, but unfortunately, this is the closest location to me. I have given them multiple chances, including one instance where I had to pick up my own pizza because it took 1 1/2 hours for delivery and nobody answered the phone. The last time I ordered, it also took over an hour. It seems that ordering for pick up is the only reliable option with this restaurant.

NEVER PLACE ORDERS FROM HERE! Very bad customer service!! I ordered some pizzas and it arrived very late about 1 hour later and it was incomplete because I also ordered some drinks. I call to solve this problem, first the manager hung up the call, the second time he asks me again if I actually asked for drinks and he hung up on me, I tried to call a couple more times and they didn 't answer me again.
