This place needs more staffing, but the individual that was working here was so helpful. She made all the sandwiches and helped so many people, just wish she had help as sometimes theirs a line and she can only do so much.

Cash only in the store. Use the app if you're paying by credit card. The associate provided great customer service also.

This review is from my first visit to a Subway in LA after moving from the UK. Subways are a worldwide chain, so you can never go wrong with that. However, the staff at this particular location was less than welcoming. I walked in an hour before closing time and the person cleaning in the back seemed unhappy, while the lady who served me had a standoffish attitude. The food was tasty and the atmosphere of the restaurant was dark and intriguing. I would suggest checking it out if you have no other options open, but be prepared for some less-than-friendly service.

I ordered one of the new sandwiches...the sliced avo mexicali online and u left off the avocado in my sandwich. A sandwich that has avocado in the title!!! How could u forget it. The sandwich was poorly made as well. On top of that u have a guy working there with the long hair and should be wearing a hair net. I will never go to this one again. Other subways are way more professional!!!!
