The food was incredible! I ordered a bowl with salad, braised lamb, and grilled chicken topped with garlic ranch dressing, and it was the best meal I've had in a long time.

The Grains Shell is fantastic! The staff is friendly and very helpful, and they offer a wide variety of options for people with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The red pepper hummus is especially delicious!

Moreover, their place is clean, their employees are very nice and polite, and they have great seating possibilities in the interior and exterior. a very affordable and healthy option.

Like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle, this place has fresh ingredients that combine into a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. The meats, veggies, rice, pitas, pickles, toppings and sauces are all great. Vegan options are available. A delicious and healthy meal option.
