They close the line before time, staff seems to be lazy. I think they don’t know business model to serve customers, they are in rush to close so they don’t have to work till late. Bad very bad experience.
I am really disappointed by this visit to Chipotle. I received the worst customer service from one worker around 3pm on Wednesday. This shorter, older, woman with red lipstick didn’t even say a word to me. Instead, looked at me and chuckled to herself. She threw her hands up as if to ask “What do you want?” After stating my order all she did was look at me. While she was grabbing lettuce she was muttering things to her co-worker. I should have just left then. When she came back she then threw my bowl on the table and gave me half portions of everything and then abruptly left. The young man who finished my bowl was nice and let me speak to the shift manager. He apologized for the behavior. I wish I would have gone to a different place in the food court. The whole interaction with her made me feel like I did something wrong and left me kinda shocked. It was so unnecessary and unprofessional, it left me with no appetite… for Chipotle at least.
Wet and cold tacos, plus the terrible service, the cold and hard meat
This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever eaten at. The amount of time it takes for their line to move is ridiculous the food is rarely ever fresh. A whole hour to wait for food should never be the case, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
