Toppings Frozen Yogurt - New Windsor

I’ve ordered toppings through DoorDash before without any problems, but this time I was disappointed. The portion sizes were quite small, and the frozen yogurt arrived melted. I understand that it’s being delivered, but it was almost like receiving soup instead of frozen yogurt.

I called Toppings to express my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I would speak to a manager this week. After hanging up, I received a follow-up call from them. The staff member asked if I had just called and explained that they were very busy discussing a previous power outage. However, the driver had already told me that they didn’t appear busy and were just standing around talking. Additionally, the caller insisted that the tea was meant to taste bitter, which my daughter would never have ordered if that were the case. In conclusion, I experienced terrible service, a disappointing product, and an intrusive follow-up phone call. I will never order from Toppings again. I reluctantly gave them one star, as I wasn’t sure if zero stars were an option.

Yogurt was amazing but no straw for my drink and no ice in my drink

The yogurt was good, but they put the wrong topping on my order.

They serve the best frozen yogurt, along with a wide selection of other treats. The bubble teas and açaí bowls are particularly delicious and are my personal favorites. The staff is always polite and a joy to chat with. I will definitely be recommending Toppings to my friends and family and plan to visit more often.
