Urban Grill Steakhouse - Woodbridge

I suppose he was trying his hardest, but there was only one person working there when we came by on a Sunday afternoon. We walked in and managed to get his attention. We just ordered appetizers to see what it was going to be like. While we waited another couple came in to eat, they however got tired of waiting for the waiter to cook our appetizers and left. They do have a help wanted sign up, but that doesn 't do anything now.

My husband and I go out to eat with a group of friends most Friday nights and decided to try Urban Grill Steakhouse. The place felt new and clean. The 12 of us were the only ones there for most of the time. Our server was pleasant but seemed a bit new so ordering was a little slow but he did get it right and we were a large party so that did slow things down, too, so really can't blame him. I enjoyed my chicken Alfredo pasta but did add a little salt. My husband enjoyed his chicken marina sub. Everyone seemed to like what they ordered. The fried onion rings were the biggest hit. I'd say give it a try.

Urban Grill steakhouse in woodbridge has such misleading reviews and pictures and the quality was absolutely terrible. We went there for Iftaar and the service was terrible they took over 45 minutes to bring our food and they were not even busy. The food when it was brought out was horrible looking and we ordered filet mignon and idk what they served us but it didnt look like a filet mignon and it was poorly cooked. Fries had no seasoning. We didnt even want to eat the food after fasting all day thats how bad it was. We tried to leave and they forced us to pay for half of the bill which was jacked up like crazy as well by forcibly charging a 15 percent service fee. They made us pay 80 dollars for not even eating. The absolute worst place ive ever been to I would not recommend this to anyone. They had literally no customer service skills whatsoever and took 30 minutes just to bring us glasses of water and never even brought us our fountain drinks which we ordered. I cannot stress enough they were absolutely terrible and ruined my birthday night out. Do not go to this place, no exaggeration ive never seen such bad service. Please save your money and go literally anywhere else. We went to olive garden afterwards and felt like we were at a 5 star michelin restaurant compared to that place. Absolutely abysmal! I wish Gordon Ramsay was there to roast them. If i had the energy to after fasting I would have myself. Just an additional thing i forgot to include was that I tried so hard to give them benefit of the doubt after 45 long minutes for the food my friends suggested we walk out before the food arrived because it was taking too long and honestly I should 've taken their suggestion. Even when the food was served they gave one person their food and then 5 minutes later another person and then another. We were only a party of 4 and When you serve at a restaurant you either bring the whole table their food or none at all especially when its not a big table. And on top of that when they served us the food they didnt even give us silverware until like 5 or 10 minutes later we had to get up from our chairs just to request it and for the water as well. Even looking around at the other tables I could see the sense of awkwardness everyone was looking around in disbelief that the service could be this bad. Other families were giving us that look like oh you guys too? It was honestly even more embarrassing because I vouched for the place to my friends to go to because i saw positive reviews and boy was I mistaken. Honestly if you look at my yelp page theyre all positive reviews, I do not enjoy giving bad reviews by any means and I do my best to be as optimistic as possible and just be forgiving but i had to do this as a warning to others not to come here and waste their hard earned money. Had they at least not made us pay for it I wouldnt be as upset but this was an outrage because it was not cheap at all over 30 dollars a plate, So it wasnt pocket change. I just dont want to see anyone else have to go through what we went through.

There steaks are great and priced right on spot we really enjoyed the food and ambience service was also on point my favorite was the urban burger!

Best steaks in the dmv and the best part it's halal I would recommend this place to everyone
