Chick-fil-a - Manassas

As a rule, to include a breakfast after a child at school. Lines are always wrapped, so I learned to order on the app to quickly get in and out. The staff is always great and cannot be crazy if you have well-trained staff.

The dining area inside is closed and the parking lot traffic is always spilled into the surrounding streets because it is so popular that they need traffic control in the parking lot to guide people in different directions as your average customer up. Be happy if I can skip the ridiculous and long journey through lines when the interior opens in a few weeks.

The waffle fries were strange this time around. I hope this isn't a recurring issue. They were extremely stiff and seemed undercooked. As a self-proclaimed french fry enthusiast, I opted not to eat them. On the bright side, the staff was fantastic and incredibly friendly! The lobby was very clean. Parking was convenient and the drive-thru was efficient.

September 19, we went around 6pm, I waited for my order patiently and as soon as I received it they told me to leave when I didn't even have time to place my order to the passenger side. Even the employee who got my order was very rude and the girl atthe window with black hair who hands out the order was basically just shoving the food in my face. I thought chick fil a wasfamous for its good food and friendliness, well not this one. Will not be going ever again.

Ever since this location reopened its only gone downhill. They?ve gotten my order wrong multiple times, not only that but the fries aren?t even enjoyable anymore. They are tasteless and stale each time. I ordered through the drive thru last night andthere was screws in my bag. Not cool at all and super unsafe for anyone who has children
