Subway - Woodbridge

I ordered two salads with specific toppings and two subs and cookies from Subway. However, when the salads were delivered, they only had meat in them. I called to complain and the woman on the phone was rude, insisting that we had only ordered protein dishes. Why would I choose toppings like lettuce, tomato, and pickles if I only wanted meat? My coworker had the same issue, receiving only ham in her salad. The woman refused to fix the mistake and told me I was being difficult. I told her I would never order from that Subway again. Obviously, the customer service at this location is terrible. This incident has never happened before and I am only allowed to use this specific Subway location for work purposes.

I've been the best underground! the first thing I noticed was that this place was amazingly clean even during the midday. not only the floors, tables, etc., but the areas in food preparation and registration. all the ingredients were incredibly fresh and my sandwich tasted fantastic! if they were looking for a sandwich, I would highly recommend this special subway.

I was not given the opportunity to choose my meal, and instead received a basic teriyaki sandwich without any input.

Typical Subway location, but it's the staff that sets it apart. Thank you.
