Burgerfi - Woodbridge

I recently ordered at Burger Fi for the first time and I was truly impressed. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I was taken care of by a fantastic young woman named Ki. She clearly enjoys interacting with customers and goes above and beyond to ensure they have a great experience. I definitely plan on returning, knowing that not only will I receive top-notch service, but also that my food will be prepared with care by individuals who take pride in the quality of their ingredients. In a world where kindness and genuine care can be hard to come by, I truly appreciated the exceptional treatment I received at Burger Fi.

Definitely not worth it in any aspect. We got Juicy Lucy and the CEO, Patty was extremely dry and had a strange taste. The Cajun frits were cold, dry and not really seasoned. They had a broken soda machine and the other had only 3 soda options that tasted nothing like they were supposed to be. The burger we got had a bun that looked like someone took some of it. The tables were sticky and the whole place was not clean. Five guys are 50 times better than that. The photo is as we have the burger.

I made a late dinner with my family. There are so many reasons why I will not visit this store again, but give a few. We spent more than $100 hoping for a great time and we were so sissapointed. We ordered children's dishes and Burger menu 's The meeting was dry, the frits was full of oil and was not consumables. They didn't even have the drinks that were promised. The toilet had no toilet paper, the soap was ready, the floor was wet and sticky. Everywhere, this was one of the worst places I visited in the USA. The only plus point was the lady behind the register that wanted to help and explained the bad riders. And look at the message on the burger bag... Fi images can cause extreme jealousy. I doubt it.

Burger Fi Woodbridge has NOT disappointed!!!! As a self-proclaimed Burger enthusiast, I am critical of a burger. The best I enjoy on this burger is not tired after eating. The burgers are fresh and tasty? Shout to Ki to check us

If I could give zero starts I would? I came into this place on May 21st 2022 I was greeted by an amazing Cashier named Charisma. That was the only good part about this experience I proceed to get my food which I ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and the Ultimate fries with bacon and cheese. Number one thing that was off about it was I had to put my own bacon and cheese onto the fries they had given me which in the picture it shows it should already be made that way ? Also as im eating the burger the meat or the bacon I couldn?t tell which one it was but it smelt stale and old and had a harsh taste to it I believe the meat was spoiled and I believe I was served a burger that wasn?t fresh? I couldn?t even finish it that?s how bad it was. The manager Kiana didn?t help me I wanted a refund and she doesn?t even know how to give refunds so I wasted my money but I will not be back ever again.
