Starbucks - Wood Village

This location is fast, accurate and very nice to their customers. It's why we always go to this particular place!

Went into buy some gift cards on Sunday. Was asking about the new pink drinks and was treated very rudely. I mentioned how she was talking so fast and was ignored. My Sister bought a bunch of gift cards and then asked for two waters took a long time to get. They showed us. Will never be back.

Very small dining area but other than that top notch friendly and fast service !!!

I visit this location fairly often--both inside and the drive-through--and have consistently been pleased with the service. I'm disappointed, though, that the chain changed the accessibility of food options. I found the customer-facing counter and grab- -go items much more user-friendly than the menu board that doesn't even have photos of the items.

Drink was awesome and staff friendly. The store was disgusting. There was alot of trash all over the store and it looked as if it hadn't been swept all day, it was 1230, counters filthy and staff was not what I would say hygienic. Definitely need a refresher on the importance of cleanliness in food service settings.
