Mis Tacones - Portland

We got off our plane and drove right to Mis Tacones. When we arrived they were just posting a sign that they were closing early for the night, for a staff party. We were so bummed because we were all so excited to eat there. Then to our surprise they let us in! The staff were all welcoming and super nice and the food was beyond delicious and the cocktails were on point! We ordered a pollo taco, an asada taco, an elote empanada, cali b burrito and the chimichanga. Our cocktails were the Lyn May and the La Roma. Everything was made in-house including the tortillas (the blue corn was bomb) sauces and all the cheese. They have outdoor seating and the interior was colorful and cozy. Oh and they even gave us some delicious dessert before we left (can’t remember the name) We are so grateful that we were able to get in, and we will definitely be back while we’re in town.

Just get it. Order. Oh, my God, it's so good. best I ever had quality. not vegans will love this place too.

While I can't eat here d/t allergies, my family eats here often and love the freshness of the preparations, the kindness of the staff, flavor, quality and portions. Everything is from scratch which is a rare art form and it shines as a result.

A must stop for Mexican food in Portland. Friendly staff, colorful interior, and really good food.
