Wendy's - Wood River

On Wednesday at a quarter to 5:00 a.m. through the drive-thru they first forgot one of my three sandwiches, so I had to turn around and go back to get that, and they were supposed to have the new hot and crispy pommes that they were not hot or crispy, they gave me the sandwich, but only ignore that I asked about the hot and crispy fries very rude. the girl working in the window was nice. they will not get from my money anymore.

Nice and clean. Service slow and no motivation in staff

This is the forth time I’ve been in two months! Fries always soggy, cold, and no salt. Rude attitude every time to boost the business. Clearly the commercials stat “the best” and “hot and fresh fries!” Which is a complete lie for this location! Day shift is great when I’m able to make it there on my lunch break. But night shift is where I’ve had all the problems. I try and call especially tonight and no answer. Wendy’s is one of my favorites. But this spot at night is trash as far as consistency on food.

I just went through the drive thru. Fries not even warm. I called and no one answered the phone! I will not go back!!

Food was good however I received no napkins kind of hard to drive and eat with no napkins and to turn around and wait in line again the food would have been cold
