The woman at the window took my card...handed me a bag and my drink...handed back my card, closed the window and walked away...not so much as a kiss my grits.The tortilla wasn't warmed and was torn. It was loaded with bacon...burned bacon. But, surprisingly, it wasn't warm enough to melt the American cheese.It looked a mess and unfortunately, didn't taste much better than it looked.I like Wendy's but for the money I'll go back to the Taco Bell breakfast box.
I visited the restaurant and used the drive-thru to order an apple pecan chicken salad with a fresh chicken breast. I had previously received a salad with hard and dry chicken from this location, so I requested a fresh chicken breast. The worker informed me that they were unable to accommodate my request because the chicken had already been prepared. Despite explaining my past experience and knowledge from working at Wendy's for 5 years, the worker still denied my request for fresh chicken. I found it surprising that Wendy's, known for fresh food, was unable to provide me with fresh chicken upon request. I recommend avoiding this location during night shift if you want fresh food, especially the grilled chicken.
Awful experience! They always get orders wrong. They Never have change. Fries always suck. I'm tired of giving them another chance. Never going back again!
Have you ever experienced three employees and a manager staring at you through the window, not listening to a word you say? If not, Wendy's may provide you with that unique experience. They claim to accept Apple/Google Pay, but whether or not they actually do may depend on whether they know where the NFC is on your device. If they don't, and you try to assist by showing them where to touch on your phone, they may argue with you and disregard your instructions. We suggest going to McDonald's instead, where even if they make a mistake, they will at least listen to the customer.
I tried Wendy's breakfast for the first time today. I ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant combo. The potatoes were average. The croissant was more like a bun and seemed to be pulled out of a bag without being warmed up. Overall, the food was decent. I did a mobile order, which was convenient because they often have good offers on the app. However, the girl working at the window was rude. She didn't greet me or say anything, just took my card and quickly handed me my food and drink without a word. I thanked her and wished her a nice day, but she simply closed the window without responding. I will return because the biggie bag is one of my favorites, but I hope they improve their customer service.
