Jack In The Box - Wood River

The restaurant experience was extremely disappointing as my shake did not have any Oreos in it and the server was unwilling to make it right.

It is uncommon for this place to accurately fulfill drive-through orders. I typically do not write reviews or complain, but this time I must say something. From now on, we will be inspecting our orders before leaving to ensure accuracy for any future visits.

The restaurant is poorly managed with inadequate communication. We waited for at least 10 minutes before being told that the cash register was closed and only the drive-thru was open at 2pm.

Last time I was missing a sandwich and the time before they left out a 3pc eggroll....not happy with this location.

Food is usually pretty good, but the last few times we have been there, the food was cold/tasted reheated. Tacos tasted stale and have there burgers gotten smaller? The only thing that was fresh was the egg
