Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Wood River

Whenever I visit this Dairy Queen, every staff member is extremely polite and friendly. Even when they are busy with a long line of cars in the drive-thru, they make sure to provide exceptional service to each customer. This location is definitely the best Dairy Queen around. I am grateful for their positive attitude, especially during these challenging times.

First, there is no mention of the working hours, so they do not know when they close. Secondly, I have worked all facets of food service and the 100% most hated person is the last minute customer. I hate to admit it was 10 to 10 when I was here last car in the drive thru. So when I got order, I asked if they were officially closed and they did not officially say, then went on not to hear or understand what I said or was still. if she had said that it's okay to go forward and order, it's in order, nothing so that I left and will never be destined to this dairy queen again.

It took 40 minutes to get through the trip thru. Moreover our meals were great.

I don't see the benefit of placing a mobile order ahead of time at this restaurant. I have had multiple occasions where they had to make my order again after I arrive, including twice before tonight. Tonight, I waited 25 minutes to receive a small blizzard that only had about 6 pieces of toppings in it.

We stopped at dairy Queen in West Alton while we were headed back to Louisville Kentucky. The food was hot, delicious and we didn't have a long time to wait in order to get our food. We stopped at this dairy Queen quite often when we're visiting Alton Illinois.
