Sandy's Castle - Winter Haven

Great place to eat! The breakfast buffet is so beautiful and perfect for families with small children... many options and GREAT service at every angle. For dinner there are limited options BUT the servers are fantastic and really care that you have a great experience. If you get Brenton as a server, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about!

Great service and fun dinner options. Great LEGO area for the kids to play. The tacos and jerk chicken wings were good. The LEGO play area in the restaurant is great for the kids.

The restaurant also features a great playground for kids, along with a variety of dishes tailored for them. However, dinner was a completely different experience, and I hope Chef Justin wasn't the one behind it. The dinner tasted more like something you'd get at a casual diner, such as Denny's. If you decide to visit, be sure to purchase a Groupon, as drinks are priced at $3.25, which can add up. Just a heads-up: the Groupon doesn’t cover appetizers or desserts, which shouldn't come as a surprise. I highly recommend sticking to breakfast—it was truly delicious!

I really enjoyed the LEGO playground for kids while dining. The breakfast buffet was excellent. If I stayed for more than three days, I might run out of dinner options I liked, but overall the food was good. The LEGO symbol on the burgers and the LEGO-shaped waffles at the buffet were a charming touch!

This restaurant is characteristic of a typical Theme Park Resort. The dinner menu is quite pricey and has a limited selection of items. The dining area is spacious, and the servers provided excellent service. The quality of the food was also very good.
