Big Tom's Diner - Winter Haven

I have been eating here since 2016 and always loved this place however last week we came here and the food was terrible the drinks were watered down and had no flavor it was just pure seltzer. The waitress looked so confused as we had to repeat the order to her several times. I hate to say but I think I’m going to stay away from here for awhile because that was super disappointing

OK, I found my burger place. I went to four different places in Winterhaven as you can see in the reviews and nobody could cook hamburgers, a simple task and I stopped here at big Tom’s diner and Cheryl the waitress was excellent. She answered my questions. She gave me a suggestion of what to eat, and everything she suggested was perfect.

Prices are great but spaghetti wasn't very good. Fish and hamburgers were good.

I ate your giant burger a year and a half ago. They didn't tell me they were out of shirts until after I finished. I paid $20 for a dry azz burger, and you never sent me my shirt! NOT COOL!

On a recent detour in Central Florida I was searching for a place to grab some breakfast. I looked at my route and spotted Big Tom's diner, along the way. Even though the sign is missing (they are replacing it) they are open. A recent remodel, has made a vast improvement in the cleanliness, atmosphere and attitude of the place. The floors are spotless, the bathroom is super clean. The decor is simple but effective. The service staff is efficient friendly and happy. My waitress Katrina, brought me coffee and water super fast. I ordered the eggs benedict, with a side of tomatoes instead of potatoes. I also ordered a side of bacon. The Benedict was good, the holindaise sauce was rich and creamy, with a good flavor. The tomatoes tasted like they just came out of the garden. Good coffee, good service, good food, what more could you want. If you're in Winter Haven give Big Tom's Diner a try, a big menu, lots of choices. Try it, I did and liked it.
