Kfc - Winter Haven

The food was absolutely delicious, though I wish it had a bit more fat content, haha! I’m a big fan of cars, but I have to say that this was probably the best meal I've had. It's a shame that the cookie was a bit too airy and fluffy for my taste. The chicken minis were tasty, and even though they came with mayonnaise, I actually enjoyed it (and I’m not usually a mayonnaise fan). The tables and chairs were clean and crumb-free, which I appreciated. The tea they serve is the same as at Golden Corral, but I found it to be more expensive. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for lunch, and the service was excellent!

Another ten minutes passed before he returned to confirm our order. We handed him our receipt, and he left again. A few moments later, he came back, handed us our food, and quickly left. My husband had to run to the store to buy napkins and asked for wipes, but they didn’t have any. The food itself was hot and generously drenched in Greek sauce. We ended up using all our napkins to soak up the excess sauce before we could dig in. The food was tasty, and while the service could definitely improve, it was an enjoyable meal overall.

I visited this restaurant last night and had a disappointing experience with the person who took my order. When we inquired about the apple, her response was a dismissive and irritated “yes.” Similarly, when we asked if they served lemonade, she replied with another irritated “yes.” I didn’t feel comfortable asking further questions or requesting any substitutions due to her attitude. The food was decent, but the service could have greatly improved, especially since we only asked a few questions.

Chicken was a very dark brown and dry. We did not get our coleslaw. We only got one spork and no napkins. We had to pull over and wait for order along with six other vehicles.
