Salisbury House of Canada - Winnipeg

This is an Winnipeg institution, "A cheese Nip" is what you ask for not a hamburg. Their burgers are sometimes better value that the so called fast food places. Fried onions, a staple on a Cheese Nip plate. There is a really great value with Tw2fer Tuesdays and Wednesday is .99 day.Two can get a great lunch with coffee, tea or soda for under $15.00 for 2!!There are children plates and seniors too. The Stafford location is pretty new and is clean and great service. Fresh squeezed orange juice is available on demand. The breakfast and weekday specials are great.

This is a very fun place to stop in for food and i really enjoyed it. I just got an egg and hash browns and it was yummy. The service was great and super friendly and our food came pretty quick.I had a fun experience at Sal's and I know I'll come back

.5 for service__Salisbury House (Sals) is just one of those places where you go because it's a Winnipeg thing.

I don't understand how this place continues to exist. The food is terrible, the prices are high, the ambience nil.

Sal's has always been - and continues to be - hit and miss.
