We tried the vegan cauliflower steak with seasonal vegetables, farm potatoes, and Romesco sauce at this restaurant and it was fantastic. They also offer Daiya cheese and jackfruit for pizza, a Gersteburger, and a Nashville hot tofu sandwich. While I can personally vouch for the cauliflower steak, the other options sound delicious as well. The restaurant also has amazing drinks and the best outdoor seating area I have ever seen, including a beautiful putting green and several fire pits with Adirondack chairs.
