THE BEST HOTPOT IN MELBOURNE. When I'm saying THE BEST, it's literally EVERYTHING about this place is incredibly amazing. Start with the ambiences and the vibe once you step into the door. The service is also very well organized, the waitress always look after our table to make sure we don't miss anything. You can also make your own dipping sauce in the sauce section. I ordered 3 flavour soup base; The Mushroom and Pork Bone are my favorite one, they taste so umami! The signature menu; Marinated beef slices which we need to pour the milk before cooking them, Shrimp Paste my favorite one! We also get wagyu platter and lamb slices the portion was INSANE, I was literally in a food coma after that. Last but not least we also got a FREE FLOW SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM and it's just so perfect for your dessert. I highly recommend this place for you to TRY.
