Tim Hortons - Windsor

Store was locked so my buddy walked through the drive thru. When he got to the window they wouldn’t give his order to him. Said it was for safety reasons. Said they was not enough staff to open the store. We were on motorcycles and has no way to get our order. At least 30 other people left for the same reason. We’ve walked through at other stores without a problem. It’s not our fault they were short staffed. We’ll be giving our business to someone else from now on

Dirtiest Tim’s I have ever been in . Underneath the table hadn’t been swept in god know how long. My wife’s sandwich thrown together napkins balled up and stuffed in the bag. Sad.

I stopped in after shopping for a quick snack. I asked for a hot chocolate with extra milk. When I got it I burnt my tongue because it was so hot. But I do recommend asking for extra milk. The service was still good and the hot chocolate was good too, but there was just not enough milk. My tongue was sore for about 2 days.

Like all Tim Horton's this one has the same standard menu, reasonably quick service, clean washrooms and a large parking lot. The only advantage this one has is that it is an easy on/off the 102 highway or the road down from the Noel Shore. Service was reasonable and the food was standard Tim's.

I got caught in the area for a bite and coffee, so I thought I would give this place another try. I was fooled again. The food is not very good. Nothing like their commercials. The coffee is not my choice any more, so this visit will probably be my last. And what is it that you are expected to give them your change??
