Rosie's Restaurant & Paddy's Brewpub

Used to be good food! Fish was greasy French fries half cooked,told the waitress how terrible food was couldn't care less last time i will ever eat there !!!

For lunch our table of three shared a plate of onion rings to start. Our mains were bangers and Mash, apple brie chicken ciabatta, and chicken sesame salad (stir fry). All food was delicious, well portioned, well plated. Service by Elizabeth was top rate, as though she were the owner going out of her way to impress us. Highly recommended based on this experience.

This was a terrific spot to have supper and meet friends. Staff were extremely friendly and the food was outstanding. This is more than just a place to get pub food. At your table there were dishes of normal pub food but also stir fried ginger beef, pasta and mexican dishes. They were all tasty enormous portions. Highly recommend.

Due to Covid restrictions our 50th anniversary celebration kept us housebound. To make it a bit special we decided to order our dinner from Rosie's. What a mistake that was. Ordered panfried haddock and spareribs special. The smell of the fish when it arrived at the house was gagging and upon eating two bites was thrown in the garbage. The ribs special was certainly not special. They were dried out and appeared to be leftover from the previous day. We do not recommend Rosie's. The quality of the food was terrible. Don't waste your money. This restaurant will not get any local support from us.
