All of their smoothies are delicious, and there are so many options that my family is enjoying trying them all. The app offers fantastic rewards for downloading, and you can get even more discounts by completing a survey on your receipt. It's a great spot for a healthy date night! My absolute favorite aspect of Tropical Smoothie Café is its location right next to Planet Fitness. It serves as a perfect reward for my workout—a refreshing smoothie to enjoy after exercising! I particularly love the Detox Green smoothie; I have one every morning! That's why I'm all about the discounts I mentioned earlier—it's truly addictive! As for the other reviews I've seen, I go every morning and have not experienced those issues. Poor service is rare, and when there are delays, the staff are quick to apologize. There's even a sign addressing staffing challenges, and if you're in a hurry, you can place your order via the app or walk in to skip the drive-thru line.

Since I started visiting Tropical Smoothie, I've had some fantastic smoothies, as well as a few that weren't so great. A couple of them tasted quite watered down, lacking in fruit flavor even when I added extra fruit. The other day, I ordered another smoothie that had the same issue, so I mentioned it to one of the employees. She was incredibly friendly and kind, and offered to make me a new one. When she did, it turned out perfectly. Kaitlyn is amazing, and I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service. She attends to everyone with a smile and a positive attitude. Every business could benefit from having more people like Kaitlyn! Thank you!

Delicious! It was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we enjoyed every aspect of it. The smoothies were fantastic, the atmosphere was bright and inviting, and the food was excellent. After coming from the gym, we appreciated having this healthier option among the choices available to us.

Terrible experience! It took nearly 35 minutes for my order to be ready for pickup. My original delivery driver left because it took too long, so I had to be reassigned to a new one. On top of that, my salad was a joke—I wish I could share a picture. It didn't have a single tomato and no dressing; there were only two small pieces of chicken in it. As for my banana crunch flatbread, there were just four tiny slices of banana. I'm incredibly dissatisfied and will be reaching out to DoorDash for assistance.

The Caesar wrap I ordered wasn't cut at all, and there was hardly anything inside except for the tortilla. I had to place my order twice because the receipt showed two jerk chicken wraps instead of one Caesar wrap. I'm really disappointed, especially since this used to be one of my favorites.
