Starbucks Coffee - Winchester

Ralph had exceptionally kind customer service. Not only textbook in suggesting new drinks but made the entire conversation friendly positive. So rare nowadays in any customer service experience.

The barista/cashier was super nice and it was quick (there was no one in line, yay). But they did mess up my order which was weird because on the screen it was right , a pumpkin spice frapp, but when I got back to work I realized they gave me an apple crisp, and you can see they put 2 stickers on it and underneath the apple crisp you can see my original order of the psf. So kind of strange that they did it right and then changed it? Unfortunately I didn't realize until I got back to work so I couldn't have them correct it and just poured it down the drain because I hate this flavor/drink, so really disappointing for me. Really good service otherwise

What an incredible bunch of ladies are working here- the best service I ever had! They deserve an award!!!!! I was super impressed!

Amazed by the barista here and how personal she was noticing my service dog Cesar who looks like Scooby-Doo asking if he could have a pup cup and of course cause he gets spoiled everywhere I go. Definitely my favorite Starbucks location.

Nicest group of staff you will ever meet. They always greet you, and make sure to bring a smile to your face. Coffee is always perfect and super fast service.
