Nando's - Wiltshire

The staff were polite, but the food was dreadful and the service was awful. The music was also terrible and there were obnoxious kids running around. I will not be returning. This was probably the worst dining experience I have ever had in Salisbury.

The service was fast and the food was delicious as always. This restaurant is great for a value lunch in the heart of town. The chicken dish was especially delicious.

Visited today for lunch, food was excellent along with the service. Sammie was helping me with an enquire today, very professional and great customer service.. Definitely recommend.

After a day of retail therapy in Bath and staying in Salisbury for the night, decided to wander around town and find a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and found a table straight away. Having not been to Nando's for a good many years, decided to try the chicken fillet in a pitta bread with pirri pirri fries. Food arrived after 20 mins and with a great portion of chips. The chicken fillet in pitta was great and very tasty. Overall the place was clean, food was hot and served in reasonable time with a good serve of fries.

We love the Salisbury Nando’s and requent lots, however 8pm on a Friday night, and only a few tables taken, we were turned away by the young lady server since they ‘ had been a busy evening and taking no more table orders that evening’. We took our custom elsewhere to local Salisbury Italian grill restaurant which was amazing. When we walked past Nando’s later in the evening at 10pm, customers were still dining at the tables, these customers had not been at those tables earlier that evening !!!!!!! so we were very surprised we were told they couldn’t fit us in their nearly empty restaurant earlier. Bad service of you Nando’s.
