5 stars and then some, especially the location in Wilson on the way to Teton Village. Definitely a popular spot with tourists and locals alike. Stop and leave your Weight Watchers app in the car . Tasty treats abound on your way out to Jackson Hole. We tried the cinnamon brioche, blueberry muffin, and spinach feta croissant. The cinnamon roll was the standout. The spinach feta croissant was pretty, but lacked balance and crunch. The decor was beautiful, and there were many more options I’d like to try, so I’ll certainly come again on my next visit to Jackson.
