Super wait staff!! Nice diner-style breakfast menu. Sam served us: he was excellent! We ordered the 3 meat breakfast and a BLT sandwich to go. Everything was exactly as we ordered it. We will return!

We had a friends get together breakfast here, place looks like new owners are making improvements, our waitress was pleasant, food was standard as bacon and eggs go, portions seem to have shrunk , but price have not, even the coffee cups are small, food did come out of kitchen pretty quick, overall nice part of town, mediocre place but worth a try, cheers

My craving for calamari was so delicious. This was the best I have had in forever. It was served on a bed of lettuce and peppers, sweet and spicy. Even though it was an appetizer I ordered garlic bread (so good) and this and was enough to not have to order anything else. Server was very friendly. There are so many options on the menu it is going to generate a few more tips in the future.

We had exceptional service and the food was delicious! We can't wait to come back and enjoy that pecan pie again! And that coconut shrimp was phenomenal!

This was our first visit to The Old Country Bar and Restaurant since the closure of the previous one and the ultimate reopening with new owners in November 2021. We were in last evening for dinner and I am happy to report that this restaurant continues the fine tradition of good food and ambience. There have been physical improvements which are delightful. There are at least four HD TVs, fine lighting and very clean tables and other improvements. The menu is very large, two full pages! Our server was the delightful Brie. She is friendly and knowledgeable and a very fine server. The Black Swan Craft Beer (produced just down the road in Stratford ON) is tasty and pleasant. Food was excellent. The Beet and Goat Cheese Salad is hughly recommended, It has fresh Avocado chunks as well as walnuts and the dressing adds the last perfect touch. I enjoyed the Grilled Vegetable Wrap and I would certainly recommend it too! There was no room for dessert.... Thank-you for reopening The Old Country Restaurant! We will certainly be in again since the lockdowns seem to be disappearing for good.
