Wildcraft Grill Long - Waterloo

Wildcraft is always a favourite. Our server Eden went over and above to entertain our 2 children and made all of us feel very special.We did order an extra side of garlic mash because it was that good. Our steaks were super!The beverage manager Jen greeted us on our way out to ensure our evening was pleasant and I can’t say enough nice things about her customer service. Wildcraft really cares about meeting customer needs.A truly fantastic restaurant! I can ensure you that every detail is considered and the food is delicious.

Great food with even better service.Celebrated our anniversary here and was pleasantly surprised with the complimentary dessert. They had asked us when they sat us if we were celebrating anything and at the end of dinner made sure we knew dessert was on the way. Very thoughtful.

Had a girls' night out to celebrate our friendship of 30 years. Our server was wonderful and had some great energy. She had product knowledge. Great service, and the food was really good with fair price points. My friend is celiac and was confident that the dietary restrictions would not be an issue. The only downfall was it was not as busy as we hoped it would be. But cottage season is in full swing.Thank you for a great experience!!

Good food and great service but there isn't that much a celiac can eat here. Having a separate gluten friendly menu is strange and misleading as almost everything on it is cooked in a shared fryer. At least the staff know that and can clearly tell you what a celiac shouldn't order. But why create a menu like this??? It's disappointing for celiacs or those with a wheat allergy. Even their nacho chips are deep fried so typically safe starters on the gf menu are actually off limits. Total tease!

The food is amazing! The staff and very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs as a celiac. They have excellent protocols to ensure the safety of a guest with dietary restrictions.
