Titanic Theatre Restaurant

I made a reservation and paid for it on the 12th of February, only to find out that the restaurant was closed that day. Despite several attempts to reach out to them, I have not received a response and have yet to be refunded.

We arrived early for our 7:00pm dinner reservation only to find two staff members leaving and locking up the restaurant. When we showed one of them our reservation, he became hostile and informed us that the restaurant had closed due to a staff member testing positive for COVID. Despite not receiving any notification via email or text, we had to walk 2km to get to the restaurant only to walk back disappointed.

Now, they took my money for a booking on 12th february, when it turned out that they would be closed anyway (cannabis hoo-ha confession) and now not respond to one of my communication and I still have to get my money back.

Nice you get past the decor what you have pub with great food, exceptionally pleasant and congenital staff and host. This is a pub that needs to be visited.
